Parameterization of photobleaching and photodarkening in-situ kinetics in thermally deposited GeSe2 thin films

چکیده
• Stretched exponential function fits kinetics of photoinduced effects in GeSe2 Parameters βand τ depend on properties light and sample prehistory Values β are linked with mechanisms photostructural transformations Thermally evaporated chalcogenide glass thin films known to be highly photosensitive revealing both metastable transient changes optical transmission at the fundamental absorption edge region. In-situ photobleaching photodarkening as well following light-off relaxations for as-deposited GeSe 2 were studied fitted stretched function. Dependences kinetic parameters film thickness, temperature, wavelength irradiation analyzed. The obtained results discussed within current approaches phenomena structural relaxation glasses.
